We're looking for a front-end developer who loves web standards & accessibility and has a genuine passion for front-end coding. Developers that struggle with "attention to details" need not apply.
Your skill set / experience should include:
- 2+ years professional web development
( including dynamic database driven sites - ecommerce experience a plus ) - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills a must
- Standards-based XHTML & CSS
- JavaScript
( experience with one or more libraries - such as jQuery, YUI, or Ext ) - Knowledge of Accessibility & Usability best practices and latest techniques
( Section 508, WCAG ) - Knowledge of server-side technologies a plus
( CFML, ASP, .NET, Ruby on Rails, etc. ) - Photoshop
- Flash & ActionScript a plus
- Optimization knowledge a plus
( search engine, image processing and compression, etc. )
